Our creative team uses sensitivity and expertise to create jewelry that is creative, innovative, accessible, and suitable for everyday life.

Then, a workshop of about fifteen people works daily to train in our new artisanal techniques and to produce your jewelry with the utmost care.

All our jewelry is made by hand (without machines) as unique pieces. Our workshop thus produces several thousand pieces of jewelry per month.

Some of our jewelry may have small imperfections, and we apologize in advance! However, if an accident were to occur during the life of the piece, our WeCare team is here to find a solution.

What is the 12-month warranty?

We will replace or repair the jewelry for any damage occurring within 12 months of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

1/ Natural aging of jewelry: deposit of impurities on the jewelry, natural tarnishing of the metal or stones.

During the life of the jewelry and with daily use, impurities may get stuck in the beads, stones, or clasps. In this case, we suggest you clean the jewelry by following our advice.


2/ Cleaning 925 silver

Your 925 silver jewelry may turn yellow or black when not worn. If this happens, don't panic, follow our cleaning tips or visit our store if you prefer us to take care of everything.

3/ Size readjustment (rings, bracelets, necklaces)

You bought your ring in the summer, and it becomes a little big in the winter, the chain has stretched a bit with use, you want to shorten your necklace, enlarge your bracelet. We understand all these issues but they are not covered by our warranty. We can offer to intervene on quotation, do not hesitate to contact our WeCare team


4/ Lost jewelry

Unfortunately, in case of lost jewelry, we cannot apply a warranty.

Warranty Conditions

🔸 For any warranty claim, we will require proof of purchase < 12 months

🔸 Our warranty covers purchases made on www.yay.paris, in-store, and from our resellers

🔸 Our warranty does not cover purchases made during yay clearance sales (in-store or online)

🔸 For hygiene reasons, please clean your jewelry before sending it back to us for repair: run it under warm water with a little soap
