All our jewelry is handmade in our Parisian workshop. Our jewelers craft your jewelry to order to avoid overproduction, so please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days before receiving your order.
For 18-carat gold products, delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. Each piece is made in our workshop then hallmarked in Paris.
Delivery times may be extended by a few days during sales, commercial operations, or end-of-year holidays. We always do our best to meet the announced deadlines.
Some countries (USA, UAE) have extended delivery times (see details below).

Returns & Refunds
The following information only concerns purchases made on the website; for in-store purchases, we offer an exchange or store credit directly in-store.
Our jewelry is handmade and made to order. If a piece of jewelry is not suitable, you can request a return within 30 days in two ways:
1. From your order in your customer account
2. Via the returns portal
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer two options:
1. A credit for the amount of your order (valid for 6 months) with a free return label
2. A refund for your order with a paid return label (the amount will be deducted from the refund)
🔁 We also accept exchanges for ring sizes.
⚠️ Please send your return within 7 days of making the request. The jewelry must be in perfect condition, unworn and undamaged.
The YAY brand reserves the right to refuse a refund if this condition is not met.
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Reminder: please pack your jewelry carefully, seal the envelope, and make sure to keep proof of shipment.
