All our jewelry is handmade in our Paris workshop. Our jewelers make each piece to order to avoid overproduction, so please allow around 2 days of production before dispatch.
For 18k gold pieces, please allow around one week.
Lead times may be a few days longer during sales, sample sales and the holiday season.
In-store pickup: free, 5 to 6 business days after production, at 26 rue Pastourelle, 75003 Paris.
The following information only applies to purchases made online. For in-store purchases, we offer an exchange or a store credit directly in store.
Over the holidays, for all purchases made from November 21, the return period is extended until January 31.
If a piece isn't quite right, you can request a return within 30 days, directly from your order in your customer account or via our returns portal.
We will offer you two options:

⚠️ Please send your return within 7 days of requesting it. The piece must be in perfect condition, unworn and undamaged. YAY reserves the right to refuse a refund if this is not the case.
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
A little tip: make sure the piece is well packaged, tape the envelope shut and keep proof of postage.
